I'm writing the review of the Bom Jesus Farm/Brazil for December 2024. When I opened the bag I was worried as the beans looked so dry and lifeless (not like opening a bag of Brewtal Awakening!). Was I in for a surprise when my espresso machine did its magic. This roast is amazing. John, you hit it out of the park. I will increase my Roasters choice subscription by 1 bag. **Wish the bags were more than only 12 ounces. Treat yourself to Roaster's Choice. After several years there has only been 1 that wasn't amazing. My 2 favorite staples (Brewtal & Reaper) are delicious but enjoy the artistic creativity with the Roaster's Choice. I think you will enjoy the monthly surprise.
