Steeping Directions:
Steep the tea at 212°F for 5-10 minutes to bring out the best flavor profile.

Best berry tea I have ever tried

I have high blood pressure so I try hibiscus teas to help reduce that and this tea is by far the best I have ever tried. And a fun part, I take the tiny bits of apple after brewing and put them in my tea. Kind of like marshmallows in chocolate
