It's good coffee

I’m not sure what happened, but something seems off with the coffee beans I received. I have to run the ground coffee through the espresso machine two or three times to achieve a good consistency.

Ruined All Other Coffee

This quickly became my favorite coffee from my favorite coffee maker. My wife now calls me a coffee snob since no other coffee meets my expectations for what a coffee should be anymore.
