We’ve tried other brands and been loyal to another brand for some time but decided to try Smooth Finish and nothing else compares for us. We’ve changed our subscription to Smooth Finish, because when I want coffee, this is what I want.

I love the flavor of this coffee. The title says it all. It has a smooth, non-bitter taste. I used to buy store brand coffee. I had to add a touch of salt to cut the acid, but it still tasted bad. I enjoy drinking my coffee in the mornings now.

Best in the business

Since trying Blackout, I don’t buy anything else.

Order fulfillment

Love your coffee, but your order fulfillment needs some improvement. Latest order confirmed on 2/5, shipped on 2/10 and delivered on 2/15. 10 days from confirmation to delivery seems long, especially since this order contained winter close out items.
