Great Coffee, but not so great costumer service

We enjoy the great coffee, but have tried to manage our subscription, we only have one every day coffee drinker in the household, and a once in a while coffee drinker, I tried managing my subscription twice , but you just kept on sending me more coffee and charging me, then I said to stop all shipments until I order more, then you said you were canceling my subscription, then sent more coffee after that, then I tried to call several times only to find out that you were not taking phone calls, so I sent another message to stop all shipments and charges to my credit card, hope that I can talk with a person sometimes so we don’t have to cancel this coffee for good

Great coffee!

We drink the Partners Coffee's at home. Whole bean GOA or FPC is usually what I order, sometimes switch it up to another. Always extremely fresh and nicely flavorful. Never bitter like other brands I drank years back. My family agrees when they visit and now drink it too. I highly recommend. Blackout Coffee!/

I’ve never been one to drink medium roast as I prefer dark. But For a medium roast, you’ll think that it’s a darker roast the flavor is so wonderful!
