This dark roast coffee consistently delivers a smooth, rich, and bold flavor without bitterness. Customers said it's "the best coffee ever" with excellent taste and quality. The 5 LB bag offers great value. Fresh beans ideal for grinding. Some customers noted one order mix-up with whole beans vs ground, and a few wish for loyalty discounts on recurring orders.
Think it’s pretty good it has a nice sweet bold flavor I would definitely recommend it give it a try!!
Tastes great. Perfect for when I want a strong, but smooth, cup of coffee. Love it as iced coffee too!

One of our favorite dark roasts, very hard to beat this is only second to the pitch black espresso dark roast
Excellent whole bean dark roast, not dry or bitter.
Absolutely love this brand and the flavor of this dark roast!! And holy moly the 5 lb bag of beans is huge!!
For a dark roast you dont get that bitter hard to swallow taste. Just a great enjoying cup!
Love the coffee. It has an excellent flavor and is very smooth. I have tried 3 different ones now and they have all been absolutely amazing. Will definitely be ordering again.
Dark roast 1776 coffee is a great tasting coffee. I order the coffee beans so that I can grind them on my grinder and then I use a Bialetti coffee maker. I thoroughly enjoy the rich, dark taste
Absolutely delicious. Smooth drinkability bold flavor. I love Blackout Coffee, just ordered another bag with a different flavor. Have tried multiple options and have not been disappointed.
1776 is one of my favorite coffees from Blackout Coffee. 1776 always goes down smooth and never disappoints. My thoughts are if I have to add something to my coffee to enjoy it then I need another to find another coffee. I've never had to add anything to 1776! Keep up the good work!
Not too oily but medium dark roast providing great cup of coffee
I love dark roasts and the 1776 is delicious! It’s part of my subscription because I refuse to go without it. I have it in the pods and they insure that my most important 1st cup of the day is perfect!
This was the first time I had tried BLACKOUT coffee. We tried the 1776 blend and decided this was some of the best coffee we have ever tasted. We will be buying all of our coffee from you from now on. Thanks for the great experience.
Amazing flavor, a little milder in flavor and acidity than say their pitch black espresso. Great to have both in my home depending on my mood for that day. 100% recommend this 1776.
